Premature ejaculation is a condition relevant to the sexual life of males. It is a condition under which men ejaculate their semen into the vagina of females even before the climax has been reached or both the partners have been fully satisfied in terms of attainment of sexual pleasure. It is also called as early ejaculation. Although it results in dissatisfaction or disappointment on the part of both the sex partners in terms of attainment of complete sexual pleasure however it is not considered as a disease or disorder in medical science.
Rather it is considered to be a symptom of some other underlying problems relevant to the sexual life of men. Due to sexual dissatisfaction, men also suffer from emotional disturbance. Why premature ejaculation does occur?
Men may suffer from premature ejaculation due to multiple factors or reasons. Additionally, use of certain medicines or drugs is also a major cause for occurrence of premature ejaculation.
Symptoms- Well, the most evident symptom of premature ejaculation is early ejaculation and dissatisfaction of either or both the sex partners in terms of sexual pleasure.
Can premature ejaculation be prevented?
An apt answer to this query is yes. Anyone suffering from premature ejaculation can definitely prevent this condition by remaining physically, mentally as well as emotionally prepared for the sexual activity. Even penis massage may also be used to make penis stronger and harder which in turn reduces or totally eliminates the chances of premature ejaculation. At the same time, intake of healthy and nutritious diet is equally important as it helps in supplying all the essential nutrients for proper and most excellent functions of the penis and other relevant organs.
Exercise and yoga also play important roles in prevention of premature ejaculation. It is because exercise helps in normalizing blood flow to the penis as well as improve the efficiency of the sexual organs. Over-masturbation, smoking, alcohol and long-term sexual abstinence must be avoided.
