Eczema is a chronic skin condition which is mainly caused due to excessive dryness of the skin. It is also called as ectopic dermatitis. The discomfort caused due to eczema on the skin is known to the sufferer only. - Consume such foods that can be easily digested by the body.
- Wear cotton clothes and avoid synthetic clothes. Use a smooth and soft towel for bathing.
- Avoid using harsh soaps. Instead use mild shampoo or liquid cleansers on your skin.
- You must drink lots of water to keep your skin well-hydrated and moisturized. Also use herbal or mild skin moisturizers so that excessive skin dryness may be avoided.
